Arlon Hill has been a key part of All-Pro Foundation Repair since 2007, bringing expertise and dedication to every project. As Vice President of Sales, he ensures accurate estimates and top-quality service for homeowners.

With years of hands-on experience, Arlon has personally supervised the leveling of thousands of homes, making him a trusted expert in foundation repair.

A native Texan, Arlon was born at Carswell Air Force Base in Fort Worth and raised in Van Alstyne, where he lives with his wife and two children. His deep roots in the community and commitment to excellence make him an invaluable part of All-Pro’s success.

Rex Sarrett has been a key part of All-Pro Foundation Repair since 2008, bringing over 15 years of experience as an expert estimator. He has personally supervised the leveling of thousands of homes, ensuring accuracy and quality in every project.

In 2020, Rex was promoted to Vice President of Sales, taking on additional leadership responsibilities while maintaining his hands-on approach to foundation repair.

A native Texan, Rex was born and raised in Celina and now lives in Melissa with his wife and two children. His dedication to helping homeowners and deep connection to the community make him a valued leader at All-Pro Foundation Repair.
