Why Slab Foundation Repair Matters

A Sound Foundation. A Sound Home.

Most homes in North Texas sit on expansive clay soil that shrinks when dry and expands when wet. When soil dries, it loses support—causing the slab to settle. When it absorbs moisture, it expands—causing upheaval. Piers can stabilize settlement, but they don't stop upheaval. The problem isn’t the concrete, it’s the soil beneath it.

Trees. Drainage. Plumbing.

Fix the cause. Stabilize the structure. Protect your home.

Our Foundation Repair Services

Reliable and Long-Lasting Solutions
If you own a home, you'll likely need to get your foundation checked at some point. All Pro has the right solution for your home and one that is tailored specifically to your individual property's needs.

All Pro Helical Piers

Helical piers are the gentlest underpinning solution because they do not rely on the weight of the home for installation. They are the only pier type engineered to support up to twice the weight of the house, delivering precise, long-term stability

Pressed Pilings

Also known as pressed concrete pilings or push piers, this foundation repair solution involves using hydraulic machinery to press concrete cylinders deep into the ground. It provides proper support and is usually a cost-effective option.

Steel Piers

All-Pro steel piers use double-wall steel pipe installed directly beneath the foundations beam, transferring the structure’s load straight into stable soil. Beware of cheaper single-wall piers that do not support the foundation directly—not all steel piers are created equal.

Drilled Concrete Piers

The drilled pier process involves drilling below the foundation and filling the shaft with reinforced concrete. This transfers the load of the structure to deeper soils, providing strong support beneath the foundation. Because the final depth is determined during installation, it cannot be extended later. If soil conditions change over time, future adjustments can relevel the structure—but do not improve the original support. For this reason, the long-term performance of drilled piers depends heavily on soil conditions at the time of installation.
